As CEO, Alexis is responsible for setting the company vision, ensuring compliance, and developing new business opportunities across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. She combines a strong focus on leadership and governance with a hands-on approach to building client relationships and delivering results.

Huw Vaughan

Chief Operating Officer

Huw Vaughan is the Chief Operating Officer of CrewWorks Australia Pty Ltd, bringing more than  20+ years of experience as a master carpenter and specialist in custom installations. Based in Victoria, Huw oversees the company's day-to-day operations, crew deployment, and project delivery across the Eastern Seaboard.


With a career built on precision craftsmanship and large-scale event installations, Huw ensures that every CrewWorks project is delivered to the highest standard of quality and safety. His leadership on-site, combined with his expertise in complex builds, makes him a driving force in the company's operational success.

Chief Financial Officer

Sebastian Duarte is the Chief Financial Officer of CrewWorks Australia Pty Ltd and brings over 20 years of experience in rigging, crane operations, and construction. Based in New South Wales, Sebastian combines deep technical expertise with financial oversight, ensuring that CrewWorks maintains both operational excellence and fiscal responsibility.


In his role as CFO, Sebastian manages the company's financial strategy, recruitment budgets, and compliance with payroll and accounting systems.
