Junior CrewWorks is a first step into the events and exhibitions industry.

Designed for those with little or no prior experience, the program offers entry-level crew roles where participants learn on the job under the guidance of experienced leaders. Junior Crew members support with simple, supervised tasks while gaining skills, confidence, and pathways to progress into skilled roles.
